Human Rights Campaign Foundation Recognizes Commitment to Providing a Diverse and Inclusive Work Environment

Recently, the company announced that for the fourth straight year it has received a perfect 100% rating in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index. Aon was one of 337 U.S. companies to achieve this honor. The Corporate Equality Index rated 615 companies on the extent to which they protected their gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees, consumers and investors. Ratings are based on such factors as nondiscrimination policies, diversity training and benefits for domestic partners and transgender employees.
